Return & Refund Policy

We want every little piece to be loved. If something isn't quite right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

• You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging.

• To start a return, email info@eforegg.com with your order number — we'll reply within 1–2 business days with simple instructions. Please don't send items back without approval first.

• Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund your original payment method.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

• Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

• We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to post anything back.

Exchanges

• Need a different size or colour? The quickest route is to request a return and place a fresh order.

Refund Timing

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval; banks may take a further 3–5 days to post the credit.

• If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email info@eforegg.com and we'll chase it for you.

Not Returnable

• Gift cards.
