Returns

  • 7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility Requirements:

    • Item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) required.

  • How to Start a Return: Contact us at info@efegg.com for approval.

    • Unauthorized returns (sent without approval) will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping:

    • For approved returns, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions.

    • International customers: Returns may take longer to process.

Damages & Issues

  • Report Immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

    • Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

    • Custom/personalized products.

    • Personal care items (beauty, skincare).

    • Hazardous materials (flammables, gases).

    • Sale items or gift cards (final sale).

Exchanges

  • Process: Return your original item first. Once approved, place a new order.

  • No direct exchanges to minimize processing time.

EU 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • Applies only to EU shipments.

  • You may cancel/return orders within 3 days for any reason.

  • Same condition requirements apply (unused, with tags/packaging).

Refunds

  • Timeline:

    • Refunds processed within 10 business days after we inspect returned items.

    • Bank processing may add 3–5 extra days.

  • Delays? Contact us if refund isn’t posted after 15 business days.
